Rob also serves as the church Development Director of the Potomac District of the Assemblies of God. He is responsible for the overall strategy and oversight of new churches planted in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington D.C.

Rob is a graduate of Valdosta State University (MPA) and has fifteen years of extensive healthcare administrative experience. He is the husband of Linda Seagears and father of four beautiful children.

Tim has been on staff at Mountaintop since 2007. He oversees Pathways Discipleship, Media, Love Manassas, and the Flavour Young Adult Network. Tim and an amazing team of young adults are currently forming Click, a non-profit humanitarian movment designed to involve young adults to change the picture of humanity.

Tim graduated from Southeastern University in 2002 with a B.S. in Psychology and has recently received his M.A. in Practical Theology from Regent University. He also teaches at Valley Forge Christian College (Woodbridge) and is currently pursuing his second Master's Degree from Liberty University.

Patricia has a passion for local and world missions. She thrives on connecting and communicating with the 50+ missionaries that Mountaintop supports on a monthly basis.

Patricia is currently pursuing her M.Div from Regent University. She also teaches piano to students from all over Northern Virginia.

Craig is the talented worship and arts director at Mountaintop. Craig also leads a Christian Band appropriately named, "No Shoes Required".

He is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Biblical Studies from Pneuma Ministry College.

Jay and his wife Vicki are an integral part of the success of Mountaintop. Jay oversees equipment maintenance as well as the staffing of the various serving opportunities on Sunday mornings.

Krystal Schoch oversees the Pastoral Fold which includes working with the ministry directors of the following areas: Kidz Church, Identity Youth Ministry, Women and Men's Ministry, and Young Adult Ministry.

Krystal served as a Deacon at Mountaintop for 2 years before becoming a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God in the fall of 2011. At the beginning of 2012 she spent 4 months interning at the Los Angeles Dream Center in California. Krystal is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Pastoral Leadership from the School of Urban Missions and is excited to have the opportunity to serve at Christ Chapel Mountaintop.
